Whether you're doing a detox workout or just trying to burn more calories, wear more fitness clothes than usual. Wearing extra layers, such as a t-shirt, pants, long-sleeved shirt, or hat, can increase your body temperature while exercising. This can help you sweat more and burn more calories at the gym.
3. Title your workout
There are clear benefits to planning your workout before you hit the gym. Instead of hitting the gym and staring at the machine for five minutes before deciding what to do, a plan means you can jump in and start doing weights right away.
